Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you make a SouqBoost account. They cover what the product does, what you are responsible for, and how the subscription works.

What SouqBoost does
You give SouqBoost a product, a price, a market and a photo. It writes the Arabic copy, generates the images, renders a vertical video advert, and publishes a landing page with a cash-on-delivery order form on it. Orders placed on that page are captured for you, and you can upload the delivery report from your courier or call centre to reconcile what was actually delivered.
The copy, the images and the video are produced by AI models from what you type. They are a starting point that is usually good, not a guarantee of anything. You are the publisher of what goes out.
Your account
- Give us a real email address. It is how we reach you, and it is how a password reset works.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and be using the product for a business.
- We can suspend a workspace that is being used against these terms. Suspending stops generation; it does not take a page that is already live down.
What you are responsible for
This is the important clause, and it is short. The page is yours once you publish it.
- The product you sell, and whether it is legal to sell it in the market you point it at. Also whether you are allowed to sell it at all.
- Every claim on the page - what the product does, what it is made of, what it will do for a buyer - whether you wrote it or the model did. Read it before you spend money on traffic.
- Every promise you make to a buyer about delivery, returns and shipping. The product prints only the promises you type in, and prints nothing where you type nothing, because for cash on delivery a missed delivery date is a refused parcel rather than a typo.
- Following the advertising rules of every platform you buy traffic on. An account ban is between you and that platform.
- Having the right to the photos you upload, and to anything else you put into the product.
- Your buyers’ information. The order form on your page collects real people’s names, phone numbers and addresses. We hold them for you, as described in the Privacy Policy; how you use them, who you pass them to and what you tell buyers is yours to get right.
Aggressive copy
One plan feature deserves naming here. Aggressive copy is off by default, is not on every plan, and asks you to tick a box confirming you understand the risk before it will write anything. It deliberately writes harder copy, including claims and pressure that the ordinary mode will not produce, and advertising platforms ban accounts for that kind of page. If you switch it on, that is your decision and its consequences are yours.
What you may not do
- Sell anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited where your buyers are.
- Upload someone else’s photos, brand or product as if it were yours.
- Use the generated pages to deceive people out of money, or to collect information you do not need.
- Try to break, overload or reverse the service, or resell access to it.
- Use the product to generate content for someone else’s account in order to get around plan limits.
Plans, campaigns and credits
Subscriptions are monthly and are collected by Stripe. The current plans and prices are on our pricing page.
Two separate allowances come with a plan, and neither is money:
- A campaign is one landing-page build. Each build comes out of your plan’s monthly campaign allowance.
- A credit is one second of generated video. Your plan grants credits each month, they are reserved before a render starts and settled against what was actually produced, and a render that fails costs you nothing - the charge and the hold are released before the failure is reported to you.
Credits are charged for the video that is generated, not the video you keep. The provider bills the length we ask for, and a clip built from your product photo is always generated at a full 8 seconds, so it costs 8 credits even where the cut in your finished advert is shorter. Turning captions off changes nothing about the price.
Credits and campaign allowance are what your subscription includes. They have no cash value, we do not buy them back, and they are not transferable between accounts.
20 video credits free when you sign up. No card until you pick a plan.
Changing plan and cancelling
You can change plan or cancel yourself, at any time, in the billing portal in your settings. You do not have to email anyone.
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund the period you have already paid for - you keep the plan until that period ends. When it ends:
- Generation stops, and the monthly credit grant stops with it.
- Nothing is taken away. Your live pages stay up and keep taking orders, your leads stay where they are, your remaining credits stay on the account, and your generated files are not deleted.
A failed card is not a cancellation. While a payment is being retried your plan keeps working, because switching a seller’s live campaigns off over a payment retry costs them far more than the amount in dispute.
If you want your data removed as well as your subscription stopped, that is a separate request - see how to have it deleted.
Who owns what
- Your product details, your photos and your uploaded files stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to send them to the providers named in the Privacy Policy, because that is how the thing you asked for gets generated.
- What the product generates for you - the copy, the images, the video, the page - is yours to use for your business.
- The software, the design and the prompts behind it stay ours.
- AI models can produce similar output for two different customers from similar inputs. We cannot promise that what you generate is unique, and neither can anyone else.
Availability
We do not promise a particular level of uptime. The product depends on outside AI and payment providers, and when one of them is slow or down, generation is slow or down with it. We will not deliberately take a seller’s live page offline while their subscription is in good standing.
Limits on what we owe you
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that generated copy will convert, that a page will be approved by an advertising platform, that an order will be delivered, or that any particular result will follow from using it.
To the extent the law where you are allows it, we are not liable for lost profit, lost advertising spend, refused deliveries, lost orders, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from using SouqBoost or from what you publish with it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here tries to exclude a liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You end it by cancelling your subscription and stopping using the product. We can end it, or suspend a workspace, if these terms are broken - most obviously if the product is used to defraud buyers. We will tell you why.
Changes to these terms
When the product changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.
